RateCard Health records only advertising rates that publishers and associations publish openly in their own media kits, rate cards and advertising pages. Every row links to that source and carries the date we checked it.
Current dataset: 58 rate-card rows from 30 publishers · last verified 2026-10-28
We use only documents that are publicly available on the publisher's own website: media kit PDFs, rate-card pages and advertising pages. We do not use rates obtained privately, from sales conversations, or from third-party estimates. If a publisher only shares rates on request, it is not in the database.
Publication and publisher; category and format; audience description; circulation or list size and any note on how the publisher states it; open rate and click-through rate when the publisher states them; one entry ad unit with its list price in the original currency and the price basis (per issue, per month, per insertion, member or non-member rate, etc.); other ad units listed; the publisher's advertising or contact page; the source document URL; the rate-card year stated by the publisher; and the date we checked it.
Where the publisher states both a list size and what the price covers, we compute derived CPM = price ÷ sends covered ÷ circulation × 1,000. 46 of 58 rows have a derived CPM; 12 of them are flagged as estimates because the number of sends or the price basis had to be assumed from the media kit. When the basis is not explicit, we leave CPM blank rather than guess.
Each row records the date we last checked the figures against the linked source document. Figures are reproduced as the publisher states them; we do not audit circulation or engagement claims. Rates change, so always confirm with the publisher before booking.
Publication pages show the audience, format, circulation, engagement figures, source link and verification date, plus price and CPM bands. Exact prices and CPMs are shown only for the ten rows in the free sample; the full database (CSV) is available with the $199/yr plan.
Publishers and readers can report an outdated or incorrect figure to [email protected].
